The structure was published by Nishimasu, H., Okudaira, S., Hama, K., et al., Takagi, J., Aoki, J., and Nureki, O., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of autotaxin and insight into GPCR activation by lipid mediators" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2010.
