Abl kinase in complex with imatinib and fragment (FRAG2) in the myristate site

The structure was published by Jahnke, W., Grotzfeld, R.M., Pelle, X., et al., Furet, P., Mestan, J., and Marzinzik, A.L., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Binding or bending: distinction of allosteric Abl kinase agonists from antagonists by an NMR-based conformational assay." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.95 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
