Crystal structure of human carbonic anhydrase isozyme II with 4-{[(5-nitro-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-4-pyrimidinyl)amino]methyl}benzenesulfonamide

The structure was published by Sudzius, J., Baranauskiene, L., Golovenko, D., et al., Grazulis, S., Tumkevicius, S., and Matulis, D., in 2010 in a paper entitled "4-[N-(Substituted 4-pyrimidinyl)amino]benzenesulfonamides as inhibitors of carbonic anhydrase isozymes I, II, VII, and XIII" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2010.
