EGFR kinase domain complexed with an imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole inhibitor

The structure was published by Fidanze, S.D., Erickson, S.A., Wang, G.T., et al., Bell, R.L., Davidsen, S.K., and Hubbard, R.D., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles: multitargeted inhibitors of both the insulin-like growth factor receptor and members of the epidermal growth factor family of receptor tyrosine kinases." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2010.
