Inhibitor Bound to A DFG-Out structure of the Kinase Domain of CSF-1R
The structure was published by Meyers, M.J., Pelc, M., Kamtekar, S., et al., Parlow, J.J., Anderson, D.R., and Thorarensen, A., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Structure-based drug design enables conversion of a DFG-in binding CSF-1R kinase inhibitor to a DFG-out binding mode." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.4 Å and deposited in 2010.
