The structure was published by Das, J., Moquin, R.V., Pitt, S., et al., Dodd, J.H., Schieven, G.L., and Leftheris, K., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Pyrazolo-Pyrimidines: A Novel Heterocyclic Scaffold for Potent and Selective P38 Alpha Inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
