The structure was published by Bae, J.H., Boggon, T.J., Tome, F., Mandiyan, V., Lax, I., and Schlessinger, J., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Asymmetric receptor contact is required for tyrosine autophosphorylation of fibroblast growth factor receptor in living cells." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2009.
