The complex crystal structure of LCK with a probe molecule w259

The structure was published by Moy, F.J., Lee, A., Gavrin, L.K., et al., Mosyak, L., McKew, J., and Tsao, D.H., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Novel synthesis and structural characterization of a high-affinity paramagnetic kinase probe for the identification of non-ATP site binders by nuclear magnetic resonance." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.37 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
