Structure of the tfp-ca2+-bound activated form of the s100a4 Metastasis factor

The structure was published by Malashkevich, V.N., Dulyaninova, N.G., Ramagopal, U.A., et al., Weber, D.J., Almo, S.C., and Bresnick, A.R., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Phenothiazines inhibit S100A4 function by inducing protein oligomerization." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
