MK2 complexed to inhibitor N4-(7-(benzofuran-2-yl)-1H-indazol-5-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine

The structure was published by Argiriadi, M.A., Ericsson, A.M., Harris, C.M., et al., Wang, L., Xiang, T., and Talanian, R.V., in 2010 in a paper entitled "2,4-Diaminopyrimidine MK2 inhibitors. Part I: Observation of an unexpected inhibitor binding mode." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.9 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
