Structure of Abl kinase in complex with imatinib and GNF-2

The structure was published by Zhang, J., Adrian, F.J., Jahnke, W., et al., Daley, G.Q., Warmuth, M., and Gray, N.S., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Targeting Bcr-Abl by combining allosteric with ATP-binding-site inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.74 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
