Human carbonic anhydrase II with a sulfonamide inhibitor

The structure was published by Behnke, C.A., Le Trong, I., Godden, J.W., et al., Teller, D.C., Bajorath, J., and Stenkamp, R.E., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Atomic resolution studies of carbonic anhydrase II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 0.9 Å and deposited in 2009.
