CA-like domain of mouse PTPRG

The structure was published by Bouyain, S. and Watkins, D.J., in 2010 in a paper entitled "The protein tyrosine phosphatases PTPRZ and PTPRG bind to distinct members of the contactin family of neural recognition molecules." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
