Crystal structure of minimal kinase domain of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 in complex with 5-(2-thienyl)nicotinic acid

The structure was published by Ravindranathan, K.P., Mandiyan, V., Ekkati, A.R., Bae, J.H., Schlessinger, J., and Jorgensen, W.L., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Discovery of novel fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 kinase inhibitors by structure-based virtual screening" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
