Crystal structure of PKC alpha in complex with NVP-AEB071
The structure was published by Wagner, J., von Matt, P., Sedrani, R., et al., Evenou, J.P., Zenke, G., and Cottens, S., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Discovery of 3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-[2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)quinazolin-4-yl]pyrrole-2,5-dione (AEB071), a potent and selective inhibitor of protein kinase C isotypes" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2009.
