Structure of TR-beta bound to selective thyromimetic GC-1

The structure was published by Bleicher, L., Aparicio, R., Nunes, F.M., et al., Webb, P., Skaf, M.S., and Polikarpov, I., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural basis of GC-1 selectivity for thyroid hormone receptor isoforms." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.55 Å and deposited in 2009.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
