The crystal structure of the human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with an aliphatic bis-sulfamate inhibitor

The structure was published by Vitale, R.M., Alterio, V., Innocenti, A., et al., Monti, S.M., De Simone, G., and Supuran, C.T., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. Comparison of aliphatic sulfamate/bis-sulfamate adducts with isozymes II and IX as a platform for designing tight-binding, more isoform-selective inhibitors" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.55 Å and deposited in 2009.
