Crystal structure of a mutant of human PDK1 Kinase domain in complex with ATP
The structure was published by Hindie, V., Stroba, A., Zhang, H., et al., Engel, M., Alzari, P.M., and Biondi, R.M., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Structure and allosteric effects of low-molecular-weight activators on the protein kinase PDK1." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.91 Å and deposited in 2009.
