The structure was published by Selness, S.R., Devraj, R.V., Monahan, J.B., et al., Alvira, E., Naing, W., and Blevis-Bal, R., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Discovery of N-substituted pyridinones as potent and selective inhibitors of p38 kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.15 Å and deposited in 2009.
