Crystal Structure of Human p38alpha complexed with SD-0006

The structure was published by Xing, L., Shieh, H.S., Selness, S.R., et al., Broadus, R.M., Walden, Z., and Monahan, J.B., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Structural bioinformatics-based prediction of exceptional selectivity of p38 MAP kinase inhibitor PH-797804." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.88 Å and deposited in 2009.
