Human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with alpha-D-Glucopyranosyl-(1->4)-1-thio-beta-D-glucopyranosylsulfonamide

The structure was published by Lopez, M., Paul, B., Hofmann, A., et al., Vullo, D., Supuran, C.T., and Poulsen, S.-A., in 2009 in a paper entitled "S-Glycosyl Primary Sulfonamides-A New Structural Class for Selective Inhibition of Cancer-Associated Carbonic Anhydrases" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.36 Å and deposited in 2009.
