Crystal Structure of Cathepsin B from T. brucei in complex with CA074
The structure was published by Kerr, I.D., Wu, P., Marion-Tsukamaki, R., Mackey, Z.B., and Brinen, L.S., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structures of TbCatB and rhodesain, potential chemotherapeutic targets and major cysteine proteases of Trypanosoma brucei" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2009.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
