Crystal structure of the inactive EGFR kinase domain in complex with AMP-PNP

The structure was published by Jura, N., Endres, N.F., Engel, K., et al., Wemmer, D.E., Zhang, X., and Kuriyan, J., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Mechanism for activation of the EGF receptor catalytic domain by the juxtamembrane segment." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.955 Å and deposited in 2009.
