X ray structure of the complex between carbonic anhydrase II and LC inhibitors

The structure was published by Crocetti, L., Maresca, A., Temperini, C., et al., Scozzafava, A., Muhlschlegel, F.A., and Supuran, C.T., in 2009 in a paper entitled "A thiabendazole sulfonamide shows potent inhibitory activity against mammalian and nematode alpha-carbonic anhydrases" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.81 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
