Crystal structure of TGFbRI complexed with a 2-aminoimidazole inhibitor

The structure was published by Bonafoux, D., Chuaqui, C., Boriack-Sjodin, P.A., et al., Hetu, G., Ling, L., and Lee, W.C., in 2009 in a paper entitled "2-Aminoimidazoles inhibitors of TGF-beta receptor 1." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.35 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
