3f9b Summary

W354F Yersinia enterocolitica PTPase complexed with divanadate

The structure was published by Brandao, T.A., Robinson, H., Johnson, S.J., and Hengge, A.C., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Impaired acid catalysis by mutation of a protein loop hinge residue in a YopH mutant revealed by crystal structures." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.42 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Tyrosine-protein phosphatase yopH. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P15273 (YOPH_YEREN)search. The sample contained 306 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 306 residues 282 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
