The structure was published by Brandao, T.A., Robinson, H., Johnson, S.J., and Hengge, A.C., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Impaired acid catalysis by mutation of a protein loop hinge residue in a YopH mutant revealed by crystal structures." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.42 Å and deposited in 2008.
