Crystal structure of E18Q DJ-1 with oxidized C106
The structure was published by Blackinton, J., Lakshminarasimhan, M., Thomas, K.J., et al., Raza, A.S., Cookson, M.R., and Wilson, M.A., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Formation of a stabilized cysteine sulfinic acid is critical for the mitochondrial function of the parkinsonism protein DJ-1." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.15 Å and deposited in 2008.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
