Crystal structures of JAK1 and JAK2 inhibitor complexes
The structure was published by Williams, N.K., Bamert, R.S., Patel, O., et al., Fantino, E., Rossjohn, J., and Lucet, I.S., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Dissecting specificity in the Janus kinases: the structures of JAK-specific inhibitors complexed to the JAK1 and JAK2 protein tyrosine kinase domains." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2008.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
