Crystal structure of PYK2 complexed with PF-2318841

The structure was published by Walker, D.P., Bi, F.C., Kalgutkar, A.S., et al., Griffor, M.C., Han, S., and Guzman-Perez, A., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Trifluoromethylpyrimidine-based inhibitors of proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2 (PYK2): structure-activity relationships and strategies for the elimination of reactive metabolite formation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2008.
