Crystal Structure of Ack1 with compound T74

The structure was published by Kopecky, D.J., Hao, X., Chen, Y., et al., Farrelly, E., Xiao, S.H., and Kayser, F., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Identification and optimization of N3,N6-diaryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-3,6-diamines as a novel class of ACK1 inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
