Complex of PI3K gamma with an inhibitor

The structure was published by Apsel, B., Blair, J.A., Gonzalez, B., et al., Williams, R.L., Shokat, K.M., and Knight, Z.A., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Targeted polypharmacology: discovery of dual inhibitors of tyrosine and phosphoinositide kinases" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
