Crystal structure of the N114A mutant of ABL-SH3 domain

The structure was published by Palencia, A., Camara-Artigas, A., Pisabarro, M.T., Martinez, J.C., and Luque, I., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Role of interfacial water molecules in proline-rich ligand recognition by the Src homology 3 domain of Abl." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.4 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
