X-ray crystal structure of mutant N62V human Carbonic Anhydrase II

The structure was published by Zheng, J., Avvaru, B.S., Tu, C., McKenna, R., and Silverman, D.N., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Role of hydrophilic residues in proton transfer during catalysis by human carbonic anhydrase II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2008.
