Catalytic core subunits (I and II) of cytochrome c oxidase from Rhodobacter sphaeroides complexed with deoxycholic acid

The structure was published by Qin, L., Mills, D.A., Buhrow, L., Hiser, C., and Ferguson-Miller, S., in 2008 in a paper entitled "A conserved steroid binding site in cytochrome C oxidase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.15 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
