Engineered human lipocalin 2 with specificity for Y-DTPA, apo-form

The structure was published by Kim, H.J., Eichinger, A., and Skerra, A., in 2009 in a paper entitled "High-affinity recognition of lanthanide(III) chelate complexes by a reprogrammed human lipocalin 2." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
