The structure of rat cytosolic PEPCK in complex with oxalate and GTP

The structure was published by Sullivan, S.M. and Holyoak, T., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Enzymes with lid-gated active sites must operate by an induced fit mechanism instead of conformational selection." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.5 Å and deposited in 2008.
