The structure was published by Herberich, B., Cao, G.Q., Chakrabarti, P.P., et al., Middleton, S., Wong, L.M., and Tasker, A.S., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Discovery of highly selective and potent p38 inhibitors based on a phthalazine scaffold." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.9 Å and deposited in 2008.
