Crystal Structure of PPAR-delta complex

The structure was published by Iwashita, A., Mihara, K., Amano, Y., Orita, M., and Matsuoka, N., in in a paper entitled "PPAR-Delta Activation Contributes to Neuroprotectio Against Thapsigargin-Induced SH-SY5Y Cell Death" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
