Crystal structure of human proto-oncogene serine threonine kinase (PIM1) in complex with a consensus peptide and a beta carboline ligand I

The structure was published by Huber, K., Brault, L., Fedorov, O., et al., Schwaller, J., Knapp, S., and Bracher, F., in 2012 in a paper entitled "7,8-Dichloro-1-oxo-beta-carbolines as a Versatile Scaffold for the Development of Potent and Selective Kinase Inhibitors with Unusual Binding Modes" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2008.
