Crystal structure of the tyrosine kinase domain of the hepatocyte growth factor receptor c-met in complex with a aminopyridine based inhibitor

The structure was published by Cai, Z.-W., Wei, D., Schroeder, G.M., et al., Lombardo, L.J., Fargnoli, J., and Borzilleri, R.M., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Discovery of orally active pyrrolopyridine- and aminopyridine-based Met kinase inhibitors" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2008.
