Human ABL kinase in complex with nilotinib

The structure was published by Weisberg, E., Manley, P.W., Breitenstein, W., et al., Wright, R.D., Gilliland, D.G., and Griffin, J.D., in 2005 in a paper entitled "Characterization of AMN107, a selective inhibitor of native and mutant Bcr-Abl" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.21 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
