X-RAY crystal structure of the complex between the grb2-sh2 domain and a flexible ligand, FPTVN.

The structure was published by Benfield, A.P., Teresk, M.G., Plake, H.R., Delorbe, J.E., Millspaugh, L.E., and Martin, S.F., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Ligand Preorganization May be Accompanied by Entropic Penalties in Protein-Ligand Interactions." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
