Pim-1 Kinase Domain in Complex with 3-aminophenyl-7-azaindole

The structure was published by Tsai, J., Lee, J.T., Wang, W., et al., Artis, D.R., Herlyn, M., and Bollag, G., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Discovery of a selective inhibitor of oncogenic B-Raf kinase with potent antimelanoma activity" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.98 Å and deposited in 2008.
