Crystal structure of the tyrosine kinase domain of the hepatocyte growth factor receptor c-MET in complex with a Pyrrolotriazine based inhibitor

The structure was published by Schroeder, G.M., Chen, X.T., Williams, D.K., et al., Lombardo, L.J., Fargnoli, J., and Borzilleri, R.M., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Identification of pyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-based inhibitors of Met kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.17 Å and deposited in 2008.
