Complex between the Barley alpha-Amylase/Subtilisin Inhibitor and the subtilisin Savinase

The structure was published by Micheelsen, P.O., Vevodova, J., De Maria, L., et al., Friis, E.P., Wilson, K., and Skjot, M., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural and Mutational Analyses of the Interaction between the Barley alpha-Amylase/Subtilisin Inhibitor and the Subtilisin Savinase Reveal a Novel Mode of Inhibition" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.85 Å and deposited in 2008.
