The structure was published by Wrobleski, S.T., Lin, S., Hynes, J., et al., Barrish, J.C., Schieven, G.L., and Leftheris, K., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Synthesis and SAR of new pyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazines as potent p38 alpha MAP kinase inhibitors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.59 Å and deposited in 2008.
