Crystal structure of c-Cbl-TKB domain complexed with its binding motif in c-Met

The structure was published by Ng, C., Jackson, R.A., Buschdorf, J.P., Sun, Q., Guy, G.R., and Sivaraman, J., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for a novel intrapeptidyl H-bond and reverse binding of c-Cbl-TKB domain substrates" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.35 Å and deposited in 2008.
