3bun Summary

Crystal structure of c-Cbl-TKB domain complexed with its binding motif in Sprouty4

The structure was published by Ng, C., Jackson, R.A., Buschdorf, J.P., Sun, Q., Guy, G.R., and Sivaraman, J., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for a novel intrapeptidyl H-bond and reverse binding of c-Cbl-TKB domain substrates" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

This PDB entry contains a complex of 2 biomacromolecules, namely 13-meric peptide from Portein sprouty homolog 4 and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL.

The molecule has more than one probable quaternary state observed. For more details see the quaternary structure page.
