NEMO/IKKb association domain structure
The structure was published by Rushe, M., Silvian, L., Bixler, S., et al., Guckian, K., Pellegrini, M., and Lugovskoy, A., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structure of a NEMO/IKK-Associating Domain Reveals Architecture of the Interaction Site." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2007.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
