Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. Sulfonamide diuretics revisited old leads for new applications

The structure was published by Temperini, C., Cecchi, A., Scozzafava, A., and Supuran, C.T., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors. Interaction of indapamide and related diuretics with 12 mammalian isozymes and X-ray crystallographic studies for the indapamide-isozyme II adduct." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
